We outsource mold tooling and in-house fixture, jigs & checking gage.

3.What is you usual turnaround time for the following

Quote: 1-3 working days

4.What computer formats can you accept?

For example: Word (.doc), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), CAD, (.dwf, .dwg) etc.
CAD, Solidworks, Pro-E, UG，Pro-Cast，UG, E-drawing.

5.What countries do you currently sell to? Do you sell direct or through distributors?

6.What is your current warranty against material and manufacturing defects?

1) Strict Quality Control Procedure performed built on PPAP requirements.
2) Advance machined used in the whole process, say Spectrographic machine, Tensile Test Machine, CMM etc.

7.What payment terms do you require? And what currency can you receive?

1)50%-50% for tooling, 30% prepayment, balance is payable against B/L by T/T, or L/C
