Our Quality System complies with ISO-9001.In house capabilities include Spectrographic Analysis, Radiographic Inspection {X-Ray}, Liquid Penetrate Inspection, Ultra-Sonic Test and CMM Inspection.

	Spectrographic Analysis: Spectrometer is used to check chemical composition forboth incoming metals material and casting parts.
	NDT & DT: We perform both Destructive Test (DT) for samples and Non-Destructive Test at sample and batch stages with Magnetic Particle Test and Radiographic Inspection {X-Ray}. Our inspectors can certify to your specification.
	Mechanical Property Tests: Tensile Strength, Yielding Strength, Elongation and Impact Tests，Hardness can be carried out as per customer’s request.
	Dimension Machining: Final machining will be performed to obtain the dimensional precisions required by use of advanced various CNC machines.
	Dimensional Inspection: Both in-process and final dimensional checks are executed for every part.
